By using websitedesignniagara.ca or engaging Website Design Niagara for services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties. These terms supplement that agreement.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due on or before launch. Late payments may pause work and incur fees.
Intellectual property
Final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty & liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
